I recently stayed at 9 Hostel in Chiang Mai for a business trip, and I must say, it was an excellent choice by my director. The hotel's conveniences were impressive, providing complimentary bottled water that was greatly appreciated after a long day of meetings and exploring the city. The availability of this thoughtful amenity helped me stay hydrated and refreshed throughout my stay, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable for a night's stay. the staff was helpful and accommodated our request to be on a non-smoking floor. the price was affordable for what we got, including a powerful fan to keep the room cool. the location was convenient, with a variety of food options nearby and a night food market within walking distance.

the room could use some renovations as the grey walls were quite depressing. the towels provided also seemed a bit worn out.

Wow, the room at 9 Hostel was so cozy and comfortable! I loved that I could connect to the free WiFi and watch cable TV. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for a young traveler like me.

Personally, I found it a bit inconvenient that the dormitory rooms had shared bathrooms.

We decided to stay at the family room and it was super spacious. The bed was extremely comfy and we had a good night's sleep. The air conditioner worked well and there were no mosquitoes. The location was great, just a short walk to the north gate and Chang Puak market. we highly recommend this hostel for its comfort, convenience, and value for money.

As a family with 2 small kids, we loved the comfortable beds and the quiet location of this hostel. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. the hostel is clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. the location is perfect, right near the wat chieng mun in the old town, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit nearby temples. Plus, there are plenty of affordable restaurants in the area, making it convenient for meals.

We had a fantastic time during our romantic escape at this hostel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and even let us store our backpacks after check-out. the location was perfect, situated in the heart of the old town with easy access to all the attractions. We loved that we could see a beautiful temple right from our window, creating a wonderful atmosphere. the room itself was modern, clean, and spacious, equipped with a fan, flat TV. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hostel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Although our stay was great, there were a few minor inconveniences. There were some little ants in the room, which slightly lowered our comfort level.

We got to know him and his girlfriend while sharing delicious meals together. The location inside the city walls was jaw-dropping, with incredible restaurants and a beautiful temple next door. The room was small but comfortable, with a powerful fan to keep us cool. It was clean and the shower had great water pressure. Located on a street with numerous mouth-watering food options and a night food market just a short walk away. The staff was nice and helpful, and they even offered a cheap scooter rental. the best hostel experience during my 6 weeks of travel in SEA!

Nothing, it was perfect.

Great value for money. The hotel was newly renovated and had good water pressure and hot water. Located in a quiet street in the old part of town, it was convenient to walk everywhere. They also had motorbike and bicycle rentals at affordable prices.

There were some noise issues from the owner and his friends having dinner at the front of the hotel, but it was only on the first night. The wifi signal on the 3rd floor was also not the best.
